SMS Terms & Conditions

Problem Solved Tech uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers about products, services, support, and requested customer care communications.

Messages may include:

• Customer service communications and responses to inquiries
• Service request and support ticket updates
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Technician scheduling and arrival information
• Service status and project updates
• Order, product, billing, or account-related notifications
• Follow-up communications related to requested services

By opting in, you authorize Problem Solved Tech to send SMS messages, including automated messages where applicable, to the mobile telephone number you provided.

Consent may be provided through methods including website forms, service request forms, account registration, written or electronic consent, SMS keyword opt-in, or another approved opt-in method.

You represent that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the mobile telephone number you provide.

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with Problem Solved Tech, including service requests, appointments, support tickets, projects, and account activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages according to your mobile service plan.

Problem Solved Tech is not responsible for messaging or data charges assessed by your wireless carrier.

You may opt out of SMS messages from Problem Solved Tech at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable SMS program unless you later opt in again.

For assistance with the Problem Solved Tech SMS program, reply HELP to any message.

SMS delivery is subject to wireless carrier network availability and capabilities. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Problem Solved Tech cannot guarantee successful delivery of every SMS message or delivery within a particular time period.

Information collected through our SMS messaging program is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy.

Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to provide messaging or other services on behalf of Problem Solved Tech, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements.

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile telephone number that you are authorized to use.

If your number changes or is transferred to another person, you should notify Problem Solved Tech or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.

You agree not to use our SMS messaging service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

SMS services may not be available at all times or through every wireless carrier. Messages may be delayed or prevented by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including network outages, carrier filtering, telecommunications failures, device issues, incorrect telephone numbers, or system maintenance.

Problem Solved Tech may modify, suspend, or discontinue its SMS messaging program and may update these SMS Terms from time to time.

Updated terms become effective when posted on our website unless otherwise stated. Continued participation following an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Problem Solved Tech may suspend or terminate SMS services for a telephone number when reasonably necessary, including for abuse, fraudulent activity, violations of these terms, technical or carrier requirements, or legal and regulatory requirements.

You may terminate your participation at any time by replying STOP.

SMS messages are transmitted through telecommunications networks operated by third parties. Problem Solved Tech does not guarantee the availability, timing, or successful delivery of any SMS message.

Problem Solved Tech intends to operate its SMS messaging program in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and wireless industry requirements.

SMS communications may be subject to requirements including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission regulations, and applicable wireless carrier messaging standards.
